Tania Castrillon

Born and raised in Colombia, Tania is a civil engineer with over 12 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Her expertise is in negotiation, project administration, and risk management.  She is great  in finding innovative solutions tailored to individual needs, and passionate about solving problems and helping others. 

Tania is involved with SHPE because she believes there is opportunity to help inspire and support future generations of hispanic engineers promoting an inclusive environment. As the VP of Marketing, Tania's goal is to increase the chapter awareness through development and implementation of a cohesive marketing plan.
