Most people talk as though leadership and management are the same thing. Fundamentally, they are very different. Unfortunately, a lot of people do not understand this.
It's vital for senior individuals in positions of great responsibility to be able to play both roles: the boss who cannot manage will kill an organization just as fast as one who cannot lead. But the person who can do both, they are on the path to success. IN this seminar, you will finally understand the differences and leverage basic fundamentals to ensure success in any organization.

The Multiple Projects Workshop combines seminar learning with the hands-on experience. Participants organize their project inventories, prioritize projects, identify cross-project relationships, identify resources, build planning templates, analyze processes, establish intermediate deliverables and, optionally, develop work breakdown structures (WBS), decision tables. With the limited time, the workshop will focus on key survival guides for any multiple project management opportunity.
